Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

Only items that are absolutely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be returned. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

The items are returned at the customer's expense and risk. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. The costs for the return must be borne by the customer.
