By placing an order on www.shopakemis.com , you agree to purchase a product on the following terms and conditions of akemis (the "Terms and Conditions"). The General Terms and Conditions always apply between you and akemis when you use the website www.akemis.ch or place an order. The general terms and conditions contain important information for you as a customer of akemis. Please read them carefully.

1. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS

akemis GmbH: a company incorporated under the laws of Switzerland, trading under the trade name "akemis".

Website: the website www.shopakemis.com and all its subdomains.

Customer: the natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of a profession or company and concludes a contract with akemis GmbH.

Product(s): the product(s) offered on the Website.

Contract: any agreement or contract between akemis GmbH and the customer, of which the General Terms and Conditions form an integral part.

2. TERMS OF DELIVERY

All deliveries and returns within Switzerland are sent by post in a climate-neutral manner. With this voluntary additional contribution, the CO2 emissions of a delivery are compensated or neutralized by planting a tree. The compensation payments for this ecological surcharge are taken over by akemis.

2.1 Terms of delivery Switzerland
After the order confirmation, we will send you the ordered items to the delivery address you specified. The usual delivery time for economy shipping is 3-5 working days. If delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, akemis reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.

2.2 Terms of delivery abroad
We currently do not offer international shipping.

2.3 Delivery Area
We only deliver to the following countries: Switzerland

2.4 Shipping Costs
For our delivery within the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you pay a shipping fee of CHF 6.90 (Economy) or CHF 8.90 (Priority). There are no shipping costs for an e-voucher order or an order with a goods value of more than CHF 100.00.

3. DEFECTS IN DELIVERY
We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for correctness, completeness and integrity. Complaints about scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity discrepancies must be reported to us in writing by email within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. If the defect is accepted by akemis, you will receive a replacement item of the same type, if it is in stock, and the shipping costs will be reimbursed. Otherwise the entire amount will be refunded to you.

4. PRIZES
Our sales prices are ex warehouse and are given in Swiss francs excluding shipping costs.

5. PAYMENT OPTIONS
For orders within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you can use the payment methods credit card, Paypal and Applepay. To conclude, implement or terminate this contract, we collect or use probability values for your future payment behavior. Address data is also used to calculate these probability values. akemis reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

6. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract is concluded exclusively in German. The purchase contract for online orders comes about through the automatic e-mail confirmation at www.shopakemis.com.
Your orders are stored with us. Should you lose your documents relating to your orders, please contact us by e-mail. We will be happy to send you a copy of your order details.

7. VALIDITY
Articles offered in the online shop are available as long as they are displayed on the Internet. If it is not possible to deliver one or more items due to a stock discrepancy, akemis will inform you of this circumstance as soon as possible and ask you for equivalent items. If none of these items appeal to you, the amount will be refunded.

8. VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase. You can pay for your order with an akemis voucher. To do this, enter the code on the voucher in the corresponding field of the order. A gift voucher can only be redeemed before completing the order process and for the full amount.

The amount of the voucher is specified. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are freely transferable.

A cash payment is excluded.

9. WARRANTIES
The warranties for the items purchased from akemis are limited to the assurances of the respective manufacturer. In the event of improper handling or personal intervention, any entitlement expires. If the items delivered have obvious material or manufacturing defects or damage in transit, please report such defects immediately to us or to the carrier who is delivering the items. There is no obligation on the part of the customer to do this and it is also not a prerequisite for the assertion of your claims. However, we cannot otherwise assert any claims against the carrier. Compliance with the above provision does not affect your statutory rights if you have ordered for private purposes as a consumer.

10. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of akemis until full payment has been made.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contractual relationships between you and akemis are subject to substantive Swiss law to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods of April 11, 1980 (UN Sales Convention). Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Oberkirch. akemis is also entitled to appeal to the court at the customer's registered office/residence.
